Greg Thomas is an Australian artist based in Kenthurst NSW.
You’re invited to Greg Thomas’ upcoming exhibition, “Horizons” which is a collection of abstract landscapes, drawing on inspiration from Greg’s connection to the land around him; from his home in the beautiful bushland in the Sydney Hills District to his love of the coastal town of Culburra on the NSW South Coast as well as his upbringing on his family orchard in the foothills of the mountains.
Greg’s use of colour has been the basis of his success, “All my works start with a selection of four colours plus white and the neutral I create initially is then a constant throughout the evolution of each work”.
I now work exclusively on Belgian linen for all my oil paintings, either stuck on boards or stretched onto to frames. My works are now framed professionally by Framehaven on Glenhaven Road.
My debut solo exhibition was at the Shop Gallery in Glebe, with my second solo exhibition to open my Gallery space at Tomalong.
I am tremendously excited for my upcoming third solo exhibition at the Tomalong Gallery. I look forward to interacting with guests who attend to discuss and critique the works on display.
You’re warmly invited to attend his upcoming exhibition - 14th - 23rd August 2026 at 96 Pitt Town Road Kenthurst.
